GEO BY ESS –

Highly configurable data recording, analyzing, and controlling system with the capability of capturing geolocation of the vehicles, real-time data capture of trouble codes, and vehicle performance through the onboard diagnostic port. GEO by ESS (Velociti GEO) device can be connected to multiple sensors, cameras, with real-time reporting and monitoring .

GEO BY ESS -Product Capability

GEO the state-of-the-art device which captures vehicle performance, and geolocation data and enhances the fleet monitoring capability is coming in three different versions.

GEO Standard – Minimal requirement for the GEOVelociti fleet management system to monitor vehicle movement trip monitoring and performance.

GEO Plus – This version of the device has all the features in the standard edition and the capability of connecting the Cargo Door Sensor and four cameras to record and real-time monitor the activities.
In addition to these features, cargo door “location-based lock” can be implemented. This LOCATIONLOCK (LL) works based on the geofencing setup for the cargo door to be allowed to open. Multiple fences can be set up by trip.

GEO Expert – In addition to the GEO Plus features, This device is capable of connecting various sensors and controllers as described below.

GEO Enterprise – This version of the device is customized for enterprise requirements.

Integration with VelocitiSFA

Once the GRNs are generated by the company to ship the goods to distributer, Automatic trip requests can be generated.

At the distributor point, all sales invoices/dispatch notes can be configured to automatic Trips Request generation.

 

 Integration with VelocitiERP

There are multiple points in an ERP that can be integrated with VelocitiGEO Enterprise version. For example Dispatch Note, Delivery Note, Delivery Acknowledgement, Fixed Assets, Cost of tires, Cost of fuel, Maintenance cost, Depreciation of vehicles, Overtime and Incentives of Drivers. A detailed study of integration points and Integration solution definition will be completed with the ERP design is available.

Integration with external ERP solutions [Phase II]

Integration with other external ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle can be done in Phase II. We will be able to release VelocitiGEO Integration APIs on this release.
